Shipping Policy

Digital Products

Ebooks and Audiobooks are delivered digitally via email through BookFunnel immediately after your purchase is complete. Please check your spam/junk folder or your Promotions tab if you don't receive your download link within a few minutes. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at hello@rkthorne.com.

Physical Products

Processing Time

All physical orders (books and merchandise) are processed within 2 weeks of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only using the following USPS services:

  • Media Mail - Available for books only (most economical option, 2-8 business days)
  • Ground Advantage - Available for all physical products (2-5 business days)

Shipping method options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. We want to work on adding more locations soon, please let us know if you are interested.

All orders ship from Pittsburgh, PA.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. After 48 hours, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks and audiobooks are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical Products

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied:

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
